We removed it from a rim What you see is what you get for the 13-38 = 14.9 x 38 tire! I will be happy to help get it loaded for you. It worked fine when it was on the tractor, tire is full of weather cracks & small splits and wear but ready to use.

This tire is vintage and ready to use would be great for tractor pulling in my opinion. I will be happy to load it on a truck or trailer for you. It is setting in Mt. It can be loaded onto a truck or trailer for you at NO charge to you. If item is NOT removed within 60 days it is mine again!!
